模鍛件表面的技術要素
鍛件表面的技術要求,包括表面粗糙度和表面缺陷量兩個方面。

1、表面粗糙度
1, surface roughness
鍛壓過程中,由于表層金屬被氧化、外來物嵌入、金屬流動不均勻、模具表面不平、銀后的輔助工序不當等多種因素的影響,都會使鍛件表面呈現峰谷相間和凹凸不平的微觀幾何特征,這種特征一般用粗糙度來表示。

鍛件的表面粗糙度待征與機械加工表面相比,有如下特點:

(1)不均勻性大,同一鍛件的不同部位,同批次的不同鍛件都會有較大的差異。

鍛件的表面粗糙度,目前尚無正式標準。一般情況下,對加工表面與正常的非加工表面均不規定表面粗糙度,但精鍛件的表面一般均應規定。

2、表面缺陷
2, surface defect
鍛件表面缺陷有裂紋、折疊、折皺、壓坑、碰傷、針孔等。其中一部分是由于加熱溫度過高或受到腐蝕,使材質受到損傷而在鍛件表面上呈現某些異常待征(如過燒裂紋、針孔等),或是由于操作原因、鍛件設計不當而造成的缺陷(或金屬流線不順),一般都不可能依靠矯正處理的辦法予以挽救,因此這些缺陷稱為不允許缺陷。而另一些因機械原因造成的缺陷(如碰傷、壓坑、應力裂紋),只要排除掉或是能確認對零件不產生影響,則這些缺陷是允許的。排除缺陷時打磨的凹坑,其寬深比b/h應有限制:對鋼、鋁鍛件,b/h應不小于5;而對鈦合金、高溫合金鍛件,則b/h應不小于8。
The surface defects of the forgings include cracks, folds, creases, pits, bruises, pinholes and so on. One part is due to the heating temperature is too high or corroded, the material damage and in forging presents on the surface of some abnormal characteristics (such as burning crack, pinhole etc.), or due to operational reasons, forging defects caused by improper design (or not, usually metal streamline) are impossible to rely on the correct treatment the way to be saved, so called defects do not allow these defects. Other defects caused by mechanical reasons, such as bumps, craters, stress cracks, are excluded if they are excluded or confirm that they do not affect the parts. When the defect is removed, the width and depth of the grinding pits should be limited compared to that of b/h. For steel and aluminum forgings, the b/h should be no less than 5, while for titanium alloys and Superalloy Forgings, the b/h should be no less than 8.
